Love and Support Landguard Fort
Landguard fort is run by the Landguard Fort Trust, a registered charity dedicated to sharing an important historic monument with the public. By arrangement with English Heritage, the Trust look after all aspects of conservation, maintenance and open the site to the public.
Volunteers are what make the fort tick and without them, it would not be possible to care for and be in a position to share this historic monument. If you would like to get involved ‘hands-on’ there are worthwhile tasks for everyone.

Landguard Fort also relies on donations – no matter how small
As you can imagine, running and maintaining a building of this size is no small task and it comes at significant costs. All donations and entrance fees contribute to keeping the fort maintained and open for the public to enjoy.
