As the renowned 1st/95th Rifles descend on Landguard Fort for a thrilling weekend of Napoleonic action on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th April.
Known for their precision, authenticity, and unmistakable green uniforms, the 1st/95th Rifles bring to life the elite light infantry regiment made famous during the early 19th century. Visitors can immerse themselves in the daily routines of a Napoleonic soldier, from camp life and drill practice to tactical demonstrations that showcase the skill and discipline of these legendary riflemen.
Throughout the weekend, the Fort’s historic parade ground will echo with the crack of muskets as the regiment performs a series of live firing displays. Please note: there will be loud live firearms demonstrations throughout the day, so visitors should be prepared for sudden noises.
